  1. How did you find the unit 6 exercise?

I already know I am have a thing with my patience; not all the times but now and again...lol. So I am learning the techniques to keep that under control like breathing exercises and acknowledging it when the feeling comes about.
Do you find affirmations good for you, or speaking out loud when you are feeling stressed, upset or negative?
What aspect of your life is the source of difficulty or suffering and what exercises would you implement to help with this? :)

  2. Hi Anna,
what have you discover about yourself? I've discover that I need to work on patience also. I know when I'm stress, besides running, I notice, I tend to talk to myself to relieve the stress. The source of my difficulty is work and I try to take off running to clear my head and bring my blood pressure down. I'm wanting to put aside time to practice yoga more. That's another exercise I would implement to help me with stress.
